About our prices
When looking at the prices, bear in mind you are renting the accommodation by the week, not paying per person; the accommodation costs remain the same regardless of the number of people in your party. However, please note that each accommodation will not comfortably sleep more than the maximum number shown. A cot for infants can always be added in addition to the recommended maximum at no extra cost.
The maximum tariff for each individual apartment is decided by the Greek Tourist Organisation (E.O.T). Any discounts on that tariff are discounts decided by us, the Pardalakis family.

Accommodation, all local taxes, VAT, maid service; two days a week for Olive farm villa and Villa Selli and every other day for Stavros villas & apartments and Despina Villa, all linen and beach towels (Beach towels are provided in addition to bathroom towels).
Extras for Stavros villas and apartments and Despina Villa
- Air conditioning is available for €7 per A/C per week, payable on arrival (if needed).
- Safe box for €10 per week payable on arrival (if needed).
Extras for Olive Farm Villa and Villa Selli
- Central heating is available for early / late season for £250-€300 per week, payable in advance (if needed).
- Pool heating (indoor pool) is available for £250 - €300 per week, payable in advance, (if needed).
- Air conditioning is available for £125 - €130 per week payable on arrival, (if needed).
- We offer our guests a welcome pack for £39. Groceries are purchased and put in the villa before you arrive. Groceries are: Coffee, Tea Bags, Milk, Sugar, Bread, Margarine, Water, Eggs, Orange Juice, Ham, Wine, Cheese, Toilet Rolls, Fruit, Jam, Salt.
- Damage Deposit of €200 / £170 . Damage Deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned 2 weeks of your return, subject to confirmation with the villas owner that the villa and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival.

To book a villa, studio, or apartment, a deposit of 50% is required (or 20% if booking before 30 January, then a further 30% on 1st February).
Please fill in and sign the relavent booking form provided, having read the booking conditions. The remainder will be due 3 weeks before arrival.
Your deposit cheque should be payable to L. Pardalakis, and sent to Lefteris Pardalakis 63 Grosvenor Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN12BB.
An alternative method of payment is online booking by credit card through the Pireaus Bank of Greece which uses a highly secure system; this method only accepts Euros, so please note the Euro tariff shown above if you are choosing that method. Click here to pay online.
All guests are asked to arrange their own comprehensive holiday insurance for all parties staying at our studios, apartments and villas. We request that the insurance number be forwarded to us to arrive no later than 3 days before the holiday starts. All damages must be paid for by guests.
Methods of Payment
Bank Transfer:

Please return the relevant booking form by fax with a copy of your bank transfer to fax number 0030 28210 60631or by post to: L. Pardalakis 63 Grosvenor Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN12BB. Your bank may charge you for bank transfers. Using our payment online facility will avoid bank transfer charges. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE USING THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Paying Online:
By Internet from our website through the Pireaus Bank of Greece and is an option if you prefer to book by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD). Payments can only be made in Euros. Click here to pay online.
By cheque:
If you are paying from the UK, send the relevant booking form with your deposit to your payment to: L. Pardalakis 63 Grosvenor Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2BB. Cheques should be made payable to L. Pardalakis.
